Special Note: if you paid through invoices and you got publishing services then we are unable to refund your amount due to the nature of services
Once the Article is published and we already paid that amount to the third-party website then We are also unable to refund your amount due to the nature of the services. if there is an issue with our provided services then you can send us a claim within 48 Hours After 48 Hours we are not responsible for any complaints due to the nature of the service. In the Future If your article will remove due to any reason then we will publish your article on an alternative site but we can’t refund your amount due to the nature of the service
We reserve the right to refuse a refund in the following situations:
- you have changed your mind about an item/subscription/Service.
- your article is published on a website
- you paid for SEO service and you are asking for a refund
